Extensive flat refurbishment in Ramsgate. Main tasks saw us remove existing kitchen to create another bedroom and relocate the kitchen from the back of the property to the front to create a kitchenette in the family room. We also used part of 1 of the bedrooms to convert a built in hallway cupboard into an en suite shower room, utilising the relocated plumbing for the new kitchen. All rooms were renovated accordingly to create this stunning and spacious flat overlooking the sea.
