Single story rear wrap around extension. We were contracted for a shell only build up to a plastered finish on this one. steel support beams have been hidden in ceiling to create 1 large flat ceiling. The extension our build attaches too had been left for 5 years unfinished as their builder had left the job unfinished (and poor quality) and took the money. With them being so down and unconfident in builders they had left the build derelict in a degrading state. We restored their confidence by just doing what we do best on our build and ended up replacing there roof, running the drainage the old builder forgot to install and supplied and installed bi-folding doors so there extension was finally water tight after 5 long years.
